Amir Fishman
Co-Founder & Chairman
- 25+ years of experience founding and investing in early-stage technology companies across AI, Fintech, HR-tech, Logistics-tech, Agri-tech, and Media verticals, with 3 successful $10M+ exits.
- Served as Co-CEO since 2014, spearheading Scanovate’s M&A and fundraising activities
- Holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Bar Ilan University and an LL.B. in Law and Accounting from TLV University.
Youval Fabri
CEO
- Accomplished executive and entrepreneur with a proven track record in sales, operations, and strategic growth for international organizations located in both Israel and the United States.
- Co-founded Exzac – a provider of brokerage compliance, AML, and fraud detection solutions to Tier 1 banks, in 2007; which was acquired by Matrix IT – one of the largest Israeli IT companies, in 2012.
Doron Abrahamson
CEO ADO-Tech LATAM
- 30+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, and management in the South America market
- Co- founded ADO Technology and currently leads Scanovate’s Latin America operations
- Expert in biometric validation under the Colombian regulator
- Holds degree in industrial engineering from New York University

- 30+ years of experience in facial recognition and biometric verification, holding numerous senior advisor roles to the Israeli government.
- Holds a patent for implementing real time 3D face recognition surveillance systems.
- Led facial recognition development and implementation for L-1 Identity Solutions Inc., which was sold to IDEMIA (f.k.a. Safran / Morpho Systems S.A.) for $1+ billion in 2012.`
Roi Fishman
Co-Founder & VP Product
- 20+ years experience in product development at large corporations and the Israel Defense Forces
- Designed several different aspects of SAP systems including client, server and core infrastructures for “Business One” ERP Application
- Served as Team Lead for MAMRAM, responsible for the management and development of the IDF’s computer and network systems.
Meir Raviv
VP R&D
- 20+ years experience in developing software and managing development teams at both startups and large corporations
- Unique experience in overseeing the development of large-scale low latency and highly available systems
- Led development of Zoomix – acquired by Microsoft in 2008; and TradAir – acquired by ION Investment Group in 2021.
Irad Gilboa

- 20+ years experience in Video and Image Processing, Machine Learning, and OCR.
- Served as CTO since 2010, responsible for Scanovate’s R&D activities and technology innovation
- Previously served as a Technology Project Manager for the Israeli Air Force
