Job Description
Scanovate is a global leader in the RegTech industry for Identity Verification and management, with more than 85 million end-users worldwide. Scanovate is building its own proprietary real-time video OCR, Facial Biometrics engine, and Liveness detection modules, as part of its Identity Management Platform.
We are looking for a motivated and talented sales promotion expert to join our dynamic sales team. In this role you will support the sales team in all operational aspects.

Coordinating sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
Initiates and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the planning organization’s planning efforts
Supports equal allocation of sales power quotas and ensures that quotas are allocated in the best way to all sales representatives
Works to ensure that all sales organization tasks are assigned and completed on time
Initiates and identifies opportunities for improving sales processes. Works closely with sales management to test the quality of the sales process and prioritizes opportunities for improvement.
Helps sales management understand bottlenecks and process inconsistencies
Monitors the accuracy and effective distribution of sales reports and intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends corrections to existing reports, or assists in developing new reporting tools as needed
Monitoring compliance with the sales organization with the standards required to maintain CRM data
Scanovate is located in Ramat-Gan, a 5-minute walk from the train station.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on design/development experience
- Experience with a modern JS framework: React, Redux and understand its core principles
- Experience with responsive web design
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and libraries like axios .
- Strong UX oriented
- Good communication skills
- Excellent English
- Sc/BA in Computer Science with high achievements from a reputable academic institution

Two to three years’ experience in sales operations in a technical sales environment
Ongoing control of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Proven proficiency in managing analytically rigorous initiatives
